I approach design with an open mind. My practice aims to be multidisciplinary in the way I engage with projects. I see design not just as a means to make objects look good but always as a way to engage with sets of beliefs and ideas about the world. I am highly interested in developing my design thinking skills as I explore and develop my creative practice as well as how design thinking is used in business. I am interested in finding out what design is but also what design might be in the future. My personal projects explore the ‘individual’ and the themes of sport, athleticism, masculinity, and how these are influenced by our cultural history. My process revolves around exploring, defining, Ideation, prototyping, testing and storytelling. The materiality often includes graphic design, photography, video making, product design, and performance.
